OUR ARTISTS

David E. Moore

David E. Moore was discovered by Sir Cameron Mackintosh for the role of John in the original Stuttgart production of Miss Saigon. Soon after, Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber brought him on board exclusively as »Papa« for the anniversary production of Starlight Express.
 
He has since taken on 18 leading roles in major international productions — including Papa (Starlight Express), John (Miss Saigon), Old Deuteronomy (Cats), The Phantom (The Phantom of the Opera), and the Cowardly Lion in The Wizard of Oz.
 
David also shines in the classical repertoire, performing roles such as Escamillo in Carmen and Tamino in The Magic Flute.
 
As a soloist, he has appeared at global landmark events — from the Welcome Concert for Pope Benedict XVI to the 2004 Olympic Closing Ceremony — and has shared the stage with legends like Tina Turner, Tracy Chapman, Joe Cocker, Jessye Norman, and David Garrett.
 
Since 2019, David brings together his passions for music and culinary artistry in his signature show »Musik, Mahlzeit & Moore«, blending performance, storytelling, and gastronomy into an unforgettable experience.

Christian Heckelsmueller

  • Study of music (piano and voice) at the University of Mainz and the Peter Cornelius Conservatory
  • Completion of musical theatre studies in Hamburg
  • Performer in »Grease«, »Tabaluga«, »West Side Story«, »A Chorus Line«, »Cats«, and many more
  • Voice and piano teacher in Hamburg, Düsseldorf, and Bochum 

  • Musical director of various productions, including those for Isabel Varel and H. P. Kerkeling Composer of, among others, the musicals »Kaltes Herz« and »Sherlock Holmes – Next Generation«

 

Quietly, he is one of the greats of his craft, a wizard at the piano — and the musical soul of our projects.

Nigel Casey

  • Born and raised in London
  • Over 3,000 performances as ‘Greaseball’ in Starlight Express in London and Bochum
  • Leading roles in Jesus Christ Superstar (Judas) and Joseph (Pharaoh), with standout performances as Billy Flynn (Chicago) and Juan Perón (Evita)
  • Thrilled audiences as ‘Dean Martin’ as part of the Rat Pack World Tour, as well as in productions in the UK and the USA
  • In 2022, he received widespread acclaim across Europe in the Frank Sinatra Show.
  • Appeared as a coach on the TV show Skate Fever in autumn 2022
